IRVING M. POLLACK - 1992 Recipient

ASECA is proud to announce that Irving M. Pollack has been selected as the first recipient of the William O. Douglas Award. 

Mr. Pollack served as a Commissioner of the SEC from 1974 to 1980, and was an Assistant General Counsel and Director of Trading and Markets and Enforcement Divisions from 1946 to 1974. Mr. Pollack co-edited The Handbook on Fixed Income Securities (Dow Jones Irwin, 1983, 1986, 1991), and The Municipal Bond handbook (Dow Jones Irwin, 1983, 1987).
