Howard University School of LawIn partnership with Howard University School of Law, ASECA award up to $10,000 each year to a second or third year law student or a combination of two students; (up to $5,000 per student), who demonstrate an interest in employment with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission. The scholarship award is based on academic merit, demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills, and an interest in SEC employment. Interest in SEC employment may include but is not limited to, enrollment in securities regulation classes, participation in the SEC summer honors program, employment as an intern at the SEC, or scholarly research in the securities regulation area.
